Dream Seeker Homes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every dollar you give goes toward the expensive parts of building: land, materials, permits, and the day a veteran's name goes on a deed. Here are all the ways to get in the build.

How a dollar becomes
Land & development
Ground is the single biggest cost in any home. Gifts secure lots in the Phoenix and Gilbert area so the mission has somewhere to stand.
Materials & builds
Lumber, concrete, roofing, windows, trades. Your gift becomes the physical house itself, framed and finished for a veteran family.
Ownership support
For veterans who rent with a VASH voucher, gifts help us work toward the purchase that puts the deed in their name for good.

Ways to give
Pick your
Give once
A one-time gift of any size. $25 buys lumber for a wall. $180,000 buys a whole home for a whole veteran. Both matter.
Give monthly
Recurring gifts give the build a predictable paycheck. A steady $50 a month is $600 a year of floor, framing, and future.
Corporate & foundation partners
Land, materials, matching gifts, or sponsorships. Builders, lenders, suppliers, and employers: we would love to talk about a partnership that builds homes and good will.
Volunteer
Skilled trades, unskilled hands, fundraisers, marketers, admin, and cheerleaders. Tell us what you do and we will find the need for it.
Online gifts are processed securely by our donation partner. Dream Seeker Homes Inc is a 501(c)(3); contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Checks and other giving options are available, just ask.
