Founder · Broker

The numbers

Broker and owner of Manara Properties LLC in Gilbert and president of a residential rehabbing company. Tricia holds a master's in finance, about 20 years of public and private accounting experience, and a certified short-sales specialty. She keeps the mission affordable, literally: every plan and every budget runs through her desk before it runs through a lender.

The operator

President of Sonoran Sol Ventures, Lea runs residential rehabbing, long-term rentals, and vacation rentals, and she brings a career of sales leadership to the board. She knows what it takes to make a property work as both a home and a responsible investment, and she sells the mission with the same energy she sells a house.

"A house is only a home if the someone in it can stay."

The heart

The daughter of a Korean War Purple Heart recipient and a mother of two Army veterans, PJ has 25 years in the Arizona wholesale lumber industry and has been a licensed real estate Broker since 2019. She knows the materials, the trades, and the people this mission serves, because they are her family first.

"My dad served, my sons served. This is personal."

Why this board

Builders on the
inside

Most housing nonprofits spend their early years learning the real estate business. We already live in it. Between the three of us there is brokerage, finance, short sales, rehab, rentals, new construction, wholesale lumber, and a family history of service. That means the mission spends its money on foundations, not on learning curves.

Volunteers welcome
